La Funiculí is one of the most emblematic lamps of Marset. Its design has seen more than 30 years and is still current but it is also functional, it can illuminate with direct or indirect light, it allows the light to be modulated with its set of tweezers, it is available in cheerful and sober colors.
The fabric of your screen unlocks the light and allows it to filter, bringing more light to the space. They also share the same structure to decide the height at which we want the light. The essence of both luminaries remains simplicity, but the new design is more apparent and classic, more sophisticated. This new collection is available in the categories of standing, table and apply, in two colors beige or white, and with the always black structure.
About the Funiculí range
Funiculí is a re-iteration of a lamp designed in 1979. Lluís Porqueras, one of Spain's first industrial designers, has always sought an absolute simplicity in his designs, doing away with everything superfluous to leave the essence of the useful, simple object. And now, thirty years later, the Funiculí remains highly contemporary, both in its purist forms and in its features.
