What are your delivery charges?

Delivery charges vary depending on the delivery address. At the moment there is free* delivery for UK and Ireland orders over £100 or €125 (excluding Scottish Highlands and all offshore islands). Below this order level the charge will be £10.00 or €12.50 (inc VAT).

The Scottish Highlands, and all offshore islands will incur a surcharge; we apologise about this but it a cost directly passed on to you from our shipping partners.

The delivery charge will always be clearly displayed on the checkout page before confirming your order. You can also see the shipping charge when you view your basket. In the 'Order Summary' section is a drop-down menu, selecting your country from this list will automatically update the total value of your order.

If you cannot find your country in the list, please contact our customer support team who will arrange an alternative shipping method.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed immediately. We source products from all around Europe, so delivery times vary per order. On average though 90% of orders are fulfilled within 4-5 working days. If concerned about delivery time please contact sales. Your order confirmation email will indicate delivery times. Any changes in delivery times will be sent to you by email with a new anticipated date of delivery. Delivery times may differ slightly for large items or multiple orders.

We will inform you immediately should your item not be in stock. Alternative options include placing the product on back order, sourcing a similar product of the same value and style or cancelling your order.

We are working on ways in which we can improve our site to provide you with better information with regard to expected delivery times.

Can I order an item for delivery to an international address?

Yes, we use FedEx to ship our goods, so can deliver to almost anywhere in the world.
